Most listings offer instant confirmation — you'll see your booking confirmed on screen and receive an email right away. A small number of vendors review requests manually; if so, the listing says so before you book and you won't be charged until the vendor accepts.

A confirmation email with your booking reference, the date and time, the party size, the address or meeting point, and the vendor's contact details. For ticketed events you'll also get the ticket or QR code you present on arrival.

Often, yes — it depends on the vendor's availability and the listing's terms. Open the booking in your account and choose Manage booking to request a change. If the new date isn't available, you can cancel under the listing's cancellation policy and rebook.

Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant provider — we never store your full card details. For most bookings your payment is held securely and only released to the vendor once your experience is complete, so your money is protected in between.

The price you see includes the Chillsbay service fee, and any taxes or vendor charges are shown clearly in the breakdown before you confirm. There are no hidden charges added after checkout.

Each listing sets its own policy, shown clearly on the listing and at checkout before you pay. Many listings offer free cancellation up to a stated cut-off; others are partially or fully non-refundable. Always check the policy on the specific listing so you know where you stand.

Sign in, open the booking in your account and choose Cancel booking. You'll see any refund due under the listing's policy before you confirm the cancellation, so there are no surprises.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most appear within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

If a vendor cancels, or the experience doesn't go ahead as described, you're covered — because payment is only released to the vendor once your booking is complete, you receive a full refund. If something goes wrong, contact our support team and we'll help put it right.
