Secure payments
Checkout runs on Paystack, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Your card data is tokenised end to end — Chillsbay never sees or stores a number. Pay in naira or dollars, your call at checkout.
Escrow protection
We hold your payment in escrow and only release it to the vendor after your booking is honoured. If the table, the stay or the experience isn't what was promised, the funds are still ours to return.
Dispute handling
If something goes wrong, you talk to a person — not a ticket queue. Raise a dispute and our concierge team reviews it against the vendor's record, the booking terms and the escrow trail, then makes it right.
